Took this afternoon #cloudscape and popped it through a filter I normally use for espresso photos. It came out quite unusual.
The November weather is really upon us now. Most of yesterday was with that horrible fine drizzle that soaks through everything, and although it cleared a little overnight the rain set in again this morning. It’s stopped now, but I can’t help thinking we’ll be better off inside.
Out for a walk, these grasses caught my eye against the clear blue sky.
Welcome to #FlyDay #fliesarebeautiful This wasp was sluggishly crawling across the pavement in the midday sun. Normally I wouldn’t get near it, but the weather was still cold, so he was not very active.
… but still a spectacular sunrise.
Late afternoon sky.
These past couple of days the early morning skies have been lovely, and the days are more like spring than winter. http://keithdevereux.blogspot.com/2021/11/the-pre-dawn-sky-17-november-2021.html
After a foggy start it’s forecast to rain again. Best to remember these beautiful moments while they last …
A few roadside flowers.
After a busy day it was great to relax with a cold beer and a quite spectacular sunset. If you’re careful you can see the nearly full moon rising as the sun sets.
This dragonfly probably flew into the shade accidentally. Fortunately we were able to encourage it back into the sunshine.
For the past few days a grasshopper has been resting on our patio. Today there were two.
Off to Aveiro today, so up for an an early start.
Heading into the house and this lovely creature was just relaxing on the wall.
Woke up to an amazing sunrise this morning. But look at all them chemtrails, no wonder I feel so relaxed.
Mixed start to the day. Wonder which way it’ll go? Actually turned out quite nice …
As the sun went down on a changeable day we saw colours that we have never seen before.
Just back from our holiday where we saw many spectacular sunsets. ‘Welcome home,’ replies the north.
Just time to say farewell to some old friends in the garden.
The last sunset of our holiday was not as spectacular as some but it was certainly … ominous.
