As I was passing the window I glanced out and stopped in awe. In front of me the clouds were letting through the sun’s rays and it was spectacular. So my last post this year is a three frame panorama taken with the Sony Mavica MVC-FD81 floppy disk camera and stitched together with the smartphoneContinue reading “New Year’s Eve panorama with the Sony Mavica MVC-FD81, 31 December 2022”
Late in the afternoon the sun briefly broke through a cloudy sky.
I’ve been using the ‘high specification’ Sony Mavica MVC-FD81 for much of the #1990sCameraChallenge, but I thought it might be nice to see a sunrise through its more basic sibling, the MVC-FD51. Like before, I held an ND filter over the lens to take off the glare of the rising sun. Some late afternoon cloudscapes.
Well, that doesn’t bode well. http://keithdevereux.blogspot.com/2022/04/cloudscapes-03-april-2022.html
After a few dismal days (cloud-wise, goodness knows we need the rain) the sky cleared.
An increasingly infrequent panorama (made up of four photos) …
As the sun began to set …
Late afternoon skies, a panorama made up of four images.
Lovely January day.
A misty start …
Finally some cloudy skies … but still no rain.
Think it’s going to be a fabulous sunrise this morning (with Venus almost directly above the telephone pole). A Panorama stitched together from three photos.

It’s cold outside this morning. A clear sunrise, but frost on the windows.
