After getting the little #shittydigital 2MP Vivitar camera from CEX for 1€ I came across another ‘generic’ digital camera on the website. I didn’t actually know what I would be getting, but I thought that for 5€ it’s worth taking the chance and it turned out it was a Fujifilm Finepix A800 from 2007.
It’s another basic point and shoot camera, and on the whole took some decent photographs. As well as some general landscapes, I also tried out the macro mode, and the close up images were pleasing and quite sharp.
I’ll take the camera out again soon, but I’m thinking this might be ideal for a conversion to full spectrum for some #shittyinfrared.
